Week 10 – Remove grains and any white foods – it’s simple and your future self will thank you for it
Week 11 – Get more sleep – go to bed 15 minutes earlier and turn off electronics before going in the bedroom
Week 12 – Celebrate but don’t stop now! You are feeling better, have more energy, and better blood sugar control. Pat yourself on the back and keep going. This is a journey and not a sprint.
